Initially I gave this company a huge failing grade. However, after spending three hours trying to figure out why OpenVPN wasn't creating a connection, I figured it out. You have to manually generate a .config file from VPN.ht's website. DO NOT USE the .config file that comes with their tutorial. It will probably not work.
