I purchased a pair of tp-link AV600 Powerline TL-PA4010 KIT starter kit plugs to run my tv. The trouble is I cant get them to pair up to each other. Basically, you plug each unit in the wall socket, connect one to your router to one and the tv to the other with ethernet cable.
